Your business data belongs to you. Nili uses information you share to run your AI team — not to sell it, and not to train a public model on your customers.

When you create an account we store your login, the business profile you give us, and the work your team does in that workspace (customers, tasks, messages, and connected tools). Access is limited to members of that business. Teammates use server tools that already know the signed-in workspace — they do not get to pick a tenant id.

We ask before connecting email, calendars, WhatsApp Business, payments or other tools. Until a connection is live, Nili will not pretend it can send or read that channel. You can revoke a connection.

Contactability and communication preferences live on the customer record and are enforced when Nili is about to send. Questions: use the contact page.
